Please note that there are limitations on what we can and will accept.

We can:

• Accept most formats of image files, including tiff, high resolution jpeg, photoshop or illustrator eps, psd (if fonts are included) and ai documents.
• Accept QuarkXpress documents from version 7.2 and lower. If you send a quark document, please include all fonts and all images used.
• Use pdf documents if the resolution is high enough for print.

We do not:

• Use IBM fonts. We work in a Mac environment and can not use most IBM fonts because they will not transfer.
• Accept corel draw, indesign, microsoft publisher or excel spreadsheet documents. Please convert (or export) these files to one of the formats listed above.
